We provide video and/or still frame documentation of initial entry, any damage to your property and all contents left behind.

3. Salvageable Goods Removal

All salvageable items are catalogued and sent to a storage unit for a 30 day hold with an attempt to contact the owner.

4. Bathroom Clean-Up

We clean mirrors, countertops, sinks, tubs, toilets, handles & cabinet doors followed with sweeping & mopping.

5. Kitchen Clean Up

We clean countertops, fridges, stoves, sinks and cabinet doors followed with sweeping & mopping.

7. Window Glass Cleaning

8. Move Out Sheet & Bid for Repairs

Finally we provide you with video documentation of all damages sustained with competitive bids for necessary repairs.
